A New Strategy 

 

 We were referred toThree Z Supplies in December of 2018 with the goal of building out a comprehensive marketing an d sales arm for the company. At the time there was no sales team and no means of acquiring private sales for the organization.

New Business Development 101

 

Over the course of several weeks we sat with several candidates and eventually the team was assembled. We immediately began guiding the team on best practices for sourcing leads and how to effectively use a CRM. We took advantage of resources available through Hubspot, many of them free to make sure the team felt equipped with the best tools available while in the field. 

 

Engaging Through Marketing Collateral

 

To engage leads we immediately ran a direct mail campaign followed up with immediate contact from a member of the sales team. Several flyers, postcards, and collateral were created in an effort to generate new business. 

The Result

 

Within just three months we began to see a huge increase in private accounts for the company. Not only were sales beginning to increase, awareness of the company grew as well. In addition to the sales the opportunity to develop and impact a young sales team was a huge opportunity that we were very proud to be a part of!
