From the moment you arrive at Atlantic Beach Urban Farms you really get a sense of the scale of the impressive urban farm operation. From start to finish the produce grown at the farm is cultivated in a pristine aeroponics environment closely monitored by the staff. When you taste the beautiful greens produced at the farm you can really appreciate the difference of a product grown with quality in mind and we wanted to get that story told in the clearest way possible 


 

A STORY OF SUPERIOR LETTUCE

 

To tell this effectively we knew we wanted to anchor the story around the quality of the product and the customer experience of a quality greens. After discussing it with the team at Atlantic Beach Urban Farms, we identified a restaurant that had been using their lettuce and micro greens products for some time and had noticed a spike in salad sales as a result.  

 

A few weeks prior to filming at the farm Creative Culture Media Founder Tunji Fadiora sat down with executive chef Scott Alters of Rue Saint Marc a local restaurant specializing in modern french cuisine to discuss his experience and the details of the “increase in sales of salads even through the winter months when salad sales often seem to decrease.”
